Website Service Agreement
The working agreement for website and design projects.
Service Agreement
Every project starts with a written scope covering the agreed deliverables, timeline, fee, payment schedule and revision rounds. Work outside that scope is approved before it is added, and final files are handed over according to the agreed project plan.
Project scope
A service agreement records the project scope, deliverables, payment schedule, timeline and revision rounds.
10% project initiation fee
The client provides timely feedback, content and access needed to keep the project moving.
Revision rounds
Build Digital Studio delivers the agreed website, brand or creative work in the formats listed in the scope.
Content and asset delivery
Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted or approved before work continues.
Review and approval
Fees and payment milestones are due as set out in the written agreement.
Final balance and handover
The client is responsible for third-party subscriptions, domains, hosting and paid assets unless agreed otherwise.
Third-party costs and subscriptions
Approvals confirm that the work is ready for the next stage or handover.
Out-of-scope requests
Handover includes the agreed files, links and access details available at project completion.
Timelines and delays
Questions or changes should be raised through the agreed project communication channel.
Ownership and licensing
The written agreement is the source of truth for any project-specific terms.
