How cancellations, refunds and monthly plans are handled.
Refund & Cancellation
If you need to pause or cancel a project, contact Yusuf HV as early as possible. Completed work, approved deliverables and committed third-party costs remain payable. Any refund or credit is handled according to the written project agreement.
Non-refundable project initiation fee
The initial project payment reserves time and starts the agreed work.
Cancellation before work begins
If cancellation happens before work begins, the next steps are handled under the written agreement.
Cancellation during a project
If work has started, completed stages and approved deliverables remain payable.
Monthly plan cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled with the notice period stated in the written agreement.
Unused monthly design slots
Unused reserved design time is handled according to the agreed plan.
Refunds on completed deliverables
Completed deliverables are not refundable once approved or handed over.
